Creating a Sustainable Lead Generation System for a Mobile Dental Hygiene Business
Dental Hygiene Express is disrupting the dental space with their full-service mobile hygiene unit, allowing patients to skip the waiting room and enjoy private dental care at their doorstep or workplace.
Challenge
Dental Hygiene Express has been operating in Fort McMurray, Alberta since 2017, where they were able to grow a strong local brand presence through grassroots marketing efforts. In 2022, they entered the Calgary area with a 2nd unit, and found that although serviceable population was higher, so was competition.
At the same time, they started getting approached with inquiries from other hygienists looking to franchise.
Dental Hygiene Express needed help with:
